The Nasdaq rose +0.16 percent, +5.45 points, to end the day at 3,484.83, while the S&P gained +0.53 percent, +8.57 points, to close at 1,640.46. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite rose +0.82 percent to end the session at 1151.3. Housing stocks we follow closed mixed or even, with Third Avenue Value Fund (July 5) notching the biggest gain of tracked stocks, +1.25 percent, +0.67 points, to finish the day at 54.37.
