Estelle Victoria Rand, 83, mother of Richard (Rick) Rand of Great Value Homes, Inc., of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away after an extended struggle on June 25.  Rick Rand’s Great Value Homes is a well known manufactured home community operator and has been selling factory-built homes since 1984.  MHMSM extends its sincerest condolences to Rick and his family.
