REJournals tells us Real Estate Investment Services’ Marcus & Millichap sold Mt. Morris Estates, a 170 homesite manufactured home community in Mount Morris, Illinois for $3.6 million. The seller was listed only as a partnership. The community in Northwest Illinois is part of the Rockford, IL metropolitan statistical area (MSA), and was 97 percent occupied at the time of the transaction. An inquiry into the identity of the buyer did not receive a response. MHProNews.com has learned M & M’s website bills them as the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment services firm.
