Devereaux Homes and Developments in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada is busy assembling multi-unit modular apartments at Sky Harbour Estates. CEO Denis Jones says while single-family and two story modular building has been around a long time, it’s only recently the technology has been applied to multi-unit developments. Upon completion, Sky Harbour will contain 314 units, nearly 250 of which are already occupied. The apartments rent for $900-$1200, similar to other apartments in Regina.The modular units are made in the U.S. and shipped as individual modules to the site. The Leader-Post tells MHProNews.com this marks the company’s eighth modular building in Regina, where it is also building a 75 unit modular apartment complex as well as a high-end 14 unit condominium.
