Per Cerbat Gem, “Nationwide Fund Advisors cut its stake in Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) by 8.4% during the first quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the SEC. The firm owned 50,737 shares of the real estate investment trust’s stock after selling 4,644 shares during the period. Nationwide Fund Advisors owned about 0.06% of Equity Lifestyle Properties worth $3,910,000 as of its most recent SEC filing.”

Other hedge funds and other institutional investor moves on ELS included:

• Parallel Advisors LLC acquired a new position in Equity Lifestyle Properties during the fourth quarter valued at approximately $147,000.
