Amber and Kristopher Monte are pleased to announce the arrival Nov. 21, 2011, of their newborn son, River Edward Monte, weighing in at 7.5 lbs, 20 inches long. Amber Monte is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Investment Property Group, a private real estate investment firm that owns and operates 70 manufactured housing communities in the western US. The 22nd Allen Report ranks Investment Property Group as the 19th largest LLC (land lease community) in North America. She also serves on the Oregon Park Owners Association (OPOA) Board of Directors. Kris Monte is the marketing manager of Blackhawk Capital Group which offers licensed MLO loan processing services for MHC owners. Together they founded MHUnited.com, a website dedicate to the marketing of manufactured homes for sale with the first database for reviewing communities. They also have ownership interests in three manufactured housing communities.
