MHMSM.com has learned that Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm Green Courte Partners LLC has named Keith Balowek Managing Director, Parking Acquisitions.  With 30 years real estate experience in a number of private and public companies, Mr. Balowek was involved in the acquisition of more than $500 million parking properties while working for Equity Capital Holdings.  More recently he co-founded ECI Investment Advisors, Inc., a real estate development and parking services advisory firm.  Randy Rowe, Chairman of Green Courte, said, “With Green Courte’s renewed focus on parking investments, we are delighted to add Keith’s deep experience and relationships within the parking industry to our existing efforts.”  Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Land Lease, Inc., and directly, the company owns 18,000 land lease home sites in 48 communities spread over ten states.  According to the recent Allen Report, American Land Lease ranks as the nation’s ninth largest land lease community (LLC) owner.
