“The Flathead County Board of Adjustment gave the go-ahead to developers seeking a conditional-use permit that would allow for manufactured-home park in Evergreen,” said the Beacon.
West Evergreen Estates, a project by developers Michael V. Seaman and Garry Seaman, would include 122 home sites on 33 acres located off West Evergreen Drive.
A prior report on the Daily Business News with more details on the project and the family involved, are linked below.
“On April 11,” per the Beacon, “the Flathead County Planning Board will hold a public hearing to discuss the preliminary plat for the West Evergreen Estates subdivision. Members of the public who wish to give their input on this subdivision can do so at the planning board meeting.”
After that, the subdivision heads to the Flathead County Commission for their approval. There are no public comments at that hearing.
The plan includes nearly 9 acres of open park space. The Evergreen school district has requested that the developers build a five-foot chain link fence along the eastern boundary. ## (News, analysis and commentary.)
