The Bethlehem Patch reports from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, that an 11.8 acre lot may soon be home to 59 manufactured homes, 132 parking spaces and a basketball court called Applebutter Village. The developer was granted an extension to July 14 by the Bethlehem Planning Commission to address concerns relating to visitor parking, street waivers, curb and gutter issues and recreational facilities. An 1830s stone home on the property may have to be relocated or razed. Although the plans are public knowledge, the commission suggested the developer hold a meeting with neighbors to inform them of the housing plans.
