A new modular transportable cabin has been developed in a range of five designs in Australia. Measuring 29 feet X 12.5 feet, the steel-framed Affordable Portable (AP for short) costs $61,000 and is comprised of two modules. The dwelling includes a fold-down and a loft bed, is fully wired and plumbed, and has an LP gas stove and a flushing toilet. MHProNews has been informed by caboolturenews.com.au that AP Cabins and Homes will have its grand opening July 6 in Kenilworth, Queensland, near the eastern coast of Australia.
