A new vendor of modular homes has recently opened in Liberal, Kansas, as MHProNews has learned from leaderandtimes. G&G Homes intends to respond to the local need for quality, affordable housing according to owner Gavin Wright, who has been in the business since he was nine years old, working with his father.
He says the cost of a modular home is similar to that of a site-built home, and it can be customized to order in terms of flooring, cabinetry, hardware, doors and flooring. A basement can be added, which takes three to four weeks, as well as garages and porches and other upgrades, including brick.
Wright says one major advantage is modular construction only takes about three to five months to complete, about half the time of site built homes. G&G Homes are made by Bonnavilla in Aurora, Nebraska. ##
