With over 20 years in the manufactured housing industry, Logan led the founding of Pinnacle Homes of Alabama in 1996, and was also a founder of Deer Valley Homes. He served as president and general manager of Pinnacle, and when it was acquired by Patriot Homes in 1998, he continued on as GM of Pinnacle until 2003.
At Deer Valley he served as president and director, as well as COO and director of Deer Valley Corp. Brian Waldrop, CEO of Franklin Homes, stated, “We are pleased to welcome Joel to Franklin Homes and trust he will be a tremendous asset to our management team.”
Additionally, Franklin named Boo Haughton as Sales Manager and Mark Frederick as Production Manager. Haughton has over two decades sales and management experience, having worked for Southern Energy Homes and River Birch Homes.
Mark Frederick has more than 30 years production management experience with Waverlee Homes, Belmont Homes, Deer Valley Homebuilders and Elixir Door Company.
Franklin Homes has manufactured MH and modular homes in Russellville for 46 years. ##
