Yahoo!Finance reports that Nobility Homes (NASDAQ: NOBH) received a letter of non-compliance from NASDAQ because the company did not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. It failed to comply with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250 (c)(1) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the period ending Feb. 5, 2011. Nobility had previously received a letter of non-compliance Feb. 23, 2011, because it had not filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ending Nov. 6, 2010. The 10-K filing was delayed because the company was trying to obtain financial information from Walden Woods manufactured housing community in which it has invested. Without the Nov. 5 filing, it is unable to do the Feb. 5 filing. The company now has until April 25, 2011, to file a plan to regain compliance. If the plan is accepted by NASDAQ, it may give Nobility until Aug. 22, 2011 to file.
