The NASDAQ moved up +0.57 percent, +28.33 points to finish at 5,034.06.
The S&P 500 advanced +0.53 percent, +11.32 points, to close at 2,163.75.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) slipped -1.03 percent to end at 1493.3. More MH-related stocks closed down than up, and a few cloes unchanged. Northstar Realty Finance advanced more than others, gaining +2.28 percent, +0.28 points, to close at $12.56. UMH Properties, Inc. slipped more than any other active stock we cover, -2.03 percent, -0.25 points, to end the day at $12.07.
