The NASDAQ gained +0.30 percent, +15.17 points to finish at 5,154.98.

The S&P 500 edged up +0.16 percent, +3.48 points, to end the day at 2,170.06.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged down -0.44 percent to end at 1393. MH-related stocks closed mixed or even. Northstar Realty Finance Corp. moved up more than other stocks,+2.39 percent, +0.31 points, to close at $13.30. Universal Forest Products Inc. slipped the most of active tracked stocks, -0.99 percent, -1.08 points to end the day at $107.82.
