The 54.62 acre age-restricted community addition will be completed in four fazes, MHProNews has been told by shorenewstoday. The first will include 22 homes along with a storm water basin and pump station. Each home will be 1,500 sq. feet with two and three-bedroom options.
At one time the project was stymied by the now defunct Ocean Heights Mobile Home Park not relinquishing its license. Clayton took Ocean Heights to court and a new license was issued to Oak Forest. The township has 20 manufactured home communities. ##
