The Moulton (Alabama) City Council discussed an ordinance to ban manufactured homes from all residential areas. According to dailytimes.com, the new ordinance will not require any rezoning, only the restrictions will change if it is approved. As MHProNews knows, Alabama ranks fourth in shipment states of manufactured housing.
