A 24-unit assisted living facility owned and operated by Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services (NCPHS), part of The Woods, a 55-plus manufactured home community in Mendocino, CA, is set to close sometime in May. According to mendocinobeacon.com, NCPHS submitted a closure plan to the state Department of Social Services documenting how the facility will provide each resident with a transition needs assessment and find the right care community for each resident.
