Co-founder and operator of Modern Manor and Lake Ridge manufactured housing communities in Iowa City, Iowa, Erma Jane Wolf passed away Sept. 24, 2014 at age 76. She and her husband, Bob, also owned Wolf Construction Company. He passed away Aug. 18, 2014. She leaves a daughter, Brandy Egli, and a son, Jeff Wolf.
