The New York Housing Association (NYHA) has informed MHProNews that Herbert Fiederer, Sr., 80, who with his wife, Patricia, owned Latham Homes of Oneonta, New York since 1972, passed away March 7, 2016 in Venice, Florida. The couple also owned four manufactured home communities in New York state. Members of NYHA since they acquired Latham, Pat served on the board of directors of the association for a number of years.
Also, Barry Ogden died March 19, 2016 in Bloomfield, New York after a 2 1/2 year battle with prostate cancer.. A long-time member of NYHA, Barry was CEO of AM Funding of Wny Inc., which is a manufactured home funding specialist.
