The Ohio Manufactured Homes Association (OMHA) reports Marcia Janie “Marnie” Sinclair Carabell, entrepreneur and one time owner of four manufactured home communities, passed away at her home in Hudson, Ohio, May 2, 2016.
She was the owner of Oak Leaf Mobile Home Park in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, which she purchased in 1986 and later owned Thunderbird Terrace Mobile Home Park in East Canton, Ohio and Trailer City in Massilion, Ohio. In her late 50’s she invested in Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) restaurants, becoming one of the few women to own and operate multiple franchises of BWW.
At the time of her passing, she and her daughter, Katie Kagler, jointly owned Glenwillow Mobile Home Park in Solon, Ohio.
