Founding father of the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association Verdon R. Skipper, Burlington, New Jersey, passed away suddenly April 17, age 80. Verdon founded Pine View Terrace, a 55+ manufactured housing community in Browns Mills, NJ in 1966 , and it remains in the Skipper family to this day. In addition, buckscountycouriertimes.com reports he was instrumental in raising funds for the Scottish Rite Masonic Children’s Learning Centers.
