The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped -0.02 percent, -3.36 points, to end the day at 17,526.62.
The NASDAQ edged up +0.50 percent, +23.39 points to close at 4,739.12.
The S&P 500 nudged up +0.02 percent, +0.42 points, to close at 2,047.63.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) gained +1.05 percent to finish at 1356.3. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed, although Patrick Industries gained +2.60 percent, +1.26 points, to end the day at $49.68. Skyline Corp. dropped more than other tracked stocks, -1.71 percent, -0.16 points, to end the day at $9.19.
