The NASDAQ moved up +1.22 percent, +57.78 points to close at 4,775.46.
The S&P 500 advanced +0.98 percent, +20.05 points, to close at 2,066.66.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) nudged up +10.00 percent to finish at 1378.6. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed, or even, although Patrick Industries gained +2.20 percent, +1.07 points, to end the day at $49.69. Skyline fell more than other tracked stocks, -3.37 percent, -0.33 points to end the day at $9.45.
