Chicago-based Green Courte Partners, LLC, has confirmed the new managing director of their MHC acquisitions arm, Bill Glascott, is moving over from a similar position he held at Hometown America, LLC, a company Green Courte’s Chairman Randy Rowe helped found. MarketWatch tells MHProNews.com during his twelve years at Hometown Glascott guided the acquisition of more than $620 million LLCs (land lease communities), leading Hometown on to becoming one of the largest LLC owners in the nation. Said Green Courte Chairman Rowe: “I was Chairman when Bill joined Hometown in 2000 and I have watched Bill develop into one of the industry’s top investment professionals. We are confident that Bill’s talents will make a significant contribution to the firm’s success.” Green Courte owns 18,200 LLC home sites in 49 communities located in ten states.
