Harking back to a story we last posted Jan. 21, 2014 regarding the attempted redevelopment of a manufactured housing community (MHC) in St Helena, California, the Napa Valley Planning Commission endorsed changing an ordinance, clearing one more hurdle for the Vineland Vista Mobile Park. Currently unoccupied, as napavalleyregister.com informs MHProNews.com, Vineland Vista has approval for 15 two-story manufactured homes, each occupied by one family, as well as three RV sites. The planning and zoning commission voted unanimously to allow two families to occupy each house, upon request of the owner, but the revision must still be approved by the Board of Supervisors. Permits would then have to be issued by P&Z. ##
