MHProNews has learned that Pleasant Valley Homes, Inc., of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania has acquired Fork Creek Park Model Recreational Vehicles, an Amish-built maker of vacation and recreation homes, which will now be built in the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Schuylkill County, PA.
Pleasant Valley currently produces Pine Grove HUD Code homes and Pleasant Valley Modular Homes, but with this acquisition the company will expand into the bustling Park Model RV market.
“Fork Creek is a phenomenal addition to our product roster,” said Wayne A. Fanelli, President of Pleasant Valley Homes, Inc. “Fork Creek stands for elevated design, thoughtful appointment, and exceptional craftsmanship, something that has always been a hallmark of our company’s strategy.”
Fork Creek was founded in 2009 by father-and-son team Dan and Jonathan Allyger, and they will continue to market and grow the brand.
Nicholas Fanelli, a partner and counsel for Pleasant Valley, said, “The deal is a terrific opportunity for both organizations,” adding, “We look forward to a strong and beneficial relationship between the Allyger and Fanelli families.”##
