“For the last 48 years PMHA has been instrumental in providing the factory-built housing industry with an opportunity to showcase its best. We wanted to continue this exceptional format of introducing the industry to the latest floor plans and décor,” stated show chairman, Dale Walker, Jr.
Industry Days at the show, as in the past, will offer our members and all industry personnel the chance to learn of new trends, new products, available services and updates on Federal and State laws/regulations. With displays and speakers, this is an education/information event you can’t afford to miss.
Our focus for the public days will be two pronged: First, to introduce the beauty, variety, and craftsmanship to the public of a factory built home. Second, to showcase a variety of home related products and services to encourage any homeowner or renter to visit for additional enhancements or improvements to their homes.
“We are putting together an advertising campaign to heavily promote both Industry and Public Days. Though we have had very good attendance numbers at the York Expo Center in the past, we strongly feel that the change in date will help to increase public attendance,” stated Mary Gaiski, PMHA’s Executive Vice President.
We are very excited about moving forward. Whether it is a first-time homebuyer, a move-up buyer or an empty nester, as the economy continues to improve, the factory-built housing industry needs to be there “where and when” people are ready to make a housing decision.
This is a bold move and we are asking you to participate in this marketing strategy… of introducing and exciting the customers with what we, individually and collectively, have to offer!
