President Jan Mikoluszko of Poland’s modular builder Unibep said the company is pulling out of Germany and ending its presence in Russia as well because “there is no space for foreign general contractors.” The company will now turn its attention to entering the Swedish market, as wbj.pl tells MHProNews.
Mikoluszko said the company goal for the next 4-5 years is to close in on having revenues from imports comprise 50 percent of revenue as opposed to the current 25 percent. Total revenues for last year were PLN 1.24 billion zlotys ($310 million). Unibep is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). ##
