During Q4 2015, 40 North Management sold its entire portfolio of Equity LifeStyle Properties (NYSE:ELS), unloading 108,321 shares for a transaction value of $7.8 million, reports everythinghudson.
Other hedge funds, including Guggenheim Capital boosted its stake in ELS, adding 5,784 shares and now holds 83,853 shares valued at $6 million. ELS comprises 0.02 percent of Guggenheim’s portfolio.
Credit Agricole S A raised its investment in ELS by adding 11,021 shares during Q4 2015, and now holds 26,271 shares with a value of $1.9 million.
Schroder Investment Management Group increased its stake in ELS, adding 51,384 shares of stock and now holds 1,443,538 ELS shares valued at $104 million. ELS comprises approximately 0.22 percent of Schroeder Group’s portfolio.
Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management added 12,896 shares of Equity LifeStyle Properties, increasing its stake to 18,072 shares, valued at $1.3 million.
