Meanwhile, the Nasdaq advanced +2.26 percent, +82.97 points to end today’s trading at 3,760.75, while the S&P climbed +2.18 percent, +36.16 points, to close at 1,692.56. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite gained 4.10 percent to close at 1000.4. All housing stocks we track in today’s trading gained or remained even, but Sun Communities, Inc. shone the most, +5.26 percent, +2.11, to end the day at 41.63.
