Revolution Precrafted Properties is a company that touts how they bring together over 30 of the world’s preeminent architects, artists and designers to create an exclusive series of prefab, livable spaces. The firm has announced that Simple – a Jean Nouvel Collectible Home – has been installed as part of the upcoming Foire Internationale d’Art Contemporain show (FIAC) by the Louvre from October 18th to the 28th.
Nouvel is exclusively collaborating with Revolution to produce the collectible modular pre-fabricated home, which will be showcased during the event.
The installation was done in just two days.
“FIAC is an excellent opportunity to showcase our works, meet with equally talented people in the industry with a knack for French architecture, and be exposed to French art per se,” says Revolution Precrafted Founder and CEO, Robbie Antonio.
“Being part of this international event can also help us expand our reach and increase brand awareness to people from different parts of the world.”
Global Attraction
Founded in Paris in 1974, FIAC gathers over 70,000 guests from all over the world annually, and brings together nearly 186 modern and contemporary art galleries from 27 countries. The event covers painting, sculpture, photography, installations, videos, performances, and digital arts.
Jean Nouvel is a Pritzker Prize-winning architect, know for his work on over 200 projects.
MHLivingNews featured Antonio and Revolution recently. He discussed the company’s unique approach.
“I want to make Revolution accessible,” Robbie Antonio told Darryl Wee, writing in blouinartinfo. “The average price for one of these homes or pavilions is US $300,000, which I think is very compelling, because not everyone has access to these architects. And even if you did, you would have to spend three or four million dollars on a house designed by them.”
Antonio is an experienced real estate developer – including working with the Trump family on Trump Tower in Manila – and other projects.
Eric Trump sits on the Revolution board.
“The increasing demand for prefab in different parts of the world is solidifying the position of prefabrication in the market,” Antonio told MHLivingNews. “This can be associated with the benefits of prefab – easy and fast construction, transportability, and practicality, among others.”
If you’re in or going to Paris, you can view the Jean Nouvel Collectible Home between 7am and 7pm at 113 Rue de Rivoli beginning October 18th. ##
