- Our former FBI director cowardly used a friend to leak a government memo to the media as a political weapon, joining countless other unelected bureaucrats who leak.
- The Obama administration called for the UNMASKING of members of my campaign during the transition of power.
- The fake news media peddle conspiracy theories and lies about our administration.
So when I say there is an effort to SABOTAGE us, I mean it. This is a threat to our republic – and we can’t let them win.
We MUST keep fighting. We MUST be 100 percent prepared for the vicious attacks that will NEVER end. WITCH-HUNT!”
The Trump Administration has used the nearly non-stop bashing of his administration by the media to rally his supporters, and drive up fund raising. Last month, the Daily Business News reported that the GOP outraised the Democrats, by roughly a two to one margin.
Democrats are targeting the rapidly approaching special election in Georgia as their latest effort to reverse the post-election slide. Reports claim that the Democratic party has outspent the GOP by 3 to 1 in that race, which may be tracking slightly against the GOP candidate in polls.
Meanwhile, the president’s approval has hit 50 percent, per Rasmussen. That poll was one of the more accurate ones in the last election cycle.
With the NFIB, along with others in manufactured housing industry and other industries, pushing for completion of a deal on repealing and replacing ObamaCare and tax reform this year, the strategies for each group seem to be clear. Democrats, and their media allies, are using #Resistance as their standard, which the president has called pure obstructionism.
But it would be a mistake to say that the resistance is solely among Democrats. Indeed, there are some Republicans, so called ‘RINOs,’ who are reportedly as willing to see the president fail as are Democrats.
With comments in on Executive Order 13777 to HUD, and with budget, debt-ceiling, healthcare, financial reform, and tax policies all looming battles, the news and controversies coming out of Washington is likely to continue to be fast and furious.
