It’s back…
…talk of housing bubbles are found in various parts of the world. MHProNews reported some years ago about such concerns in Communist China. There are virtual ghost cities there that are nearly empty. One expert on that nation predicts the coming collapse of China.
In the land down under, Australia is experiencing their bubble, with a loss of real estate values that would make an American think about the 2008 housing/mortgage crisis. There are numerous lessons for those in the affordable housing business, and manufactured homes role in that space, in what follows.
All is not always as it may appear from a distance. Those with ‘inside information’ who think strategically as well as tactically often have an advantage. Housing is a huge portion of every economy. So long as there is a need for people, there is a need for homes. Those homes must be located where they are needed, at price points as needed, not as some central planner might wish, demand, or desire.
Rephrased, knowledge is potential power. Not fake knowledge, real knowledge.
