The TOPGUN (Tenants of Pine Gardens Uniting Neighbors) Association of Pine Gardens Mobile Home Park in Belmont, New Hampshire will meet at the Belknap County Complex in Laconia, NH, Sat., Jan 30. According to what citizen tells MHProNews. Lois Parris, the president of Manufactured Home Owners and Tenants Association of NH (MOTA-NH) will attend.

MOTA is a tenant rights advocacy organization that provides technical assistance to tenant organizations and monitors legal decisions that affect residents of manufactured home communities (MHCs) in order to improve the quality and safety of MH owners in New Hampshire.

Built in 1971, Pine Gardens is an all-age community with 170 home sites.

All residents of Pine Gardens are welcome, excepting Pine Gardens employees and management. ##
