A request for special permission to site a recreational vehicle (RV) on private property in San Angelo, Texas for one year was approved by the town’s city council. Jesus Tellez says he wants to live in the RV while he builds a house on the same property, according to sanangelolive.com. City code does not currently address RVs, but does require manufactured homes be limited to placement in existing communities unless a special permit is issued. MHProNews.com has learned the council’s approval is contingent on the RV being required to meet the same standards as manufactured homes.
