The Nasdaq gained even more, +69.05 points, +1.64 percent, to finish the day at 4,268.04, while the S&P set a new record, gaining +13.18 points, +0.70 percent, closing at 1,885.52. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite edged up +2.66 percent to close at 786.64. Nearly all housing stocks we follow in today’s trading closed up or even. Nobility Homes gained the most of tracked stocks, gaining +11.11 percent, +1.30 points, to end the day at 13.00. Sun Communities, Inc. nudged down the most of tracks we track, -0.35 percent, -0.16 percent, to end the day at 44.93. Affiliated Managers Group 205.25, +5.20 points, (+2.60%). Cavco Industries, Inc. 79.19 +0.74 (+0.94%). Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway 187,213, -137.00 points (-0.07%).
