Coolidge would find many who’d agree today too.  But several issues

    sexual misconduct,
    selfish business and political practices,
    sleaze in its various forms, and
    spinning the truth

have all eroded the general bonds of trust that existed for tens of millions.

And it must result in workplaces where all women, all people, feel safe and respected.,” said Today Show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie.

Guthrie delivered breaking news Wednesday morning on NBC’s Today that her colleague Matt Lauer had been fired in the growing sexual scandals that are rocking Business, Media, Entertainment, and politics in recent weeks.

 

 

Fox News was rocked when Roger Ailes and Bill O’Reilly were ousted for similar claims. But now, CBS’ Charlie Rose, Matt Lauer and others have hit left of center media outlets.

Starting with Hollywood’s Harvey Weinstein, such allegations caused Judge Roy Moore’s AL Senate campaign to initially go into a tail spin. It is worth noting there are now to two recent polls that show Moore, who’s denied the misconduct, back in the lead over his rival by 5 to 6 points.

Some see the nation and the manufactured home industry alike as hungry for social, spiritual, and economic stability.

The words of Coolidge from the same speech quoted above are worth recalling.
