“Sexual harassment and the #MeToo movement have received lots of news coverage of late,” says the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).
“While most of the headlines focus on big-name companies, illegal harassment occurs in businesses of all sizes,” said their statement to the Daily Business News on MHProNews. “Small businesses who ignore the risks associated with not preventing and stopping discrimination, including sexual harassment, in the workplace, risk financial and reputational devastation.”
The NFIB – with Juanita Duggan as their president – is for SMBs (small- to mid-sized businesses.) Hundreds of manufactured housing firms, per our sources at NFIB, are members of that association.
