MHProNews has learned from businesstimes.sg that construction company BBR Holdings has secured a S$57.6 million ($77.9M USD) contract to supply four blocks of modular housing along Upper Aljunied Road in Singapore. The company detailed this after trading ended Tuesday in a filing to the Singapore Exchange.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary company, Moderna Homes, BBR will design, manufacture, deliver and install the modular homes. While BBR has started the design phase, the project is expected to take 18 months for completion.
None of the company’s directors or substantial shareholders has any interest in the contract except through their ties to BBR. ##
