MHProNews has been informed by analystratings that CEO of Skyline Corp (NTSE:SKY) Richard Florea bought shares of Sky for $3,120, which increases his holdings by 5.71 percent. Florea bought the stock, according to Skyline’s website, at $3.12 per share for the 1,000 shares, and now owns 18,500 shares.
MHProNews last reported Mr. Florea’s insider trading when he purchased 10,000 shares of Sky stock Oct. 21, 2015. At that time he paid $2.99 per share for a net transaction of $29,900. That acquisition boosted his share ownership to 11,000.
