In an attempt to turn around its eighth consecutive year of multimillion dollar losses, manufactured housing producer Skyline Corp. is rolling out a new line of recreational vehicle (RV) models at this week’s Elkhart County RV Open House. Based in Elkhart, Indiana, the company has focused more on its MH line in the past few years, according to rvbusiness.com, and sales of its RV line dropped 9.8 percent in 2013 and 31 percent this fiscal year. As MHProNews reported Sept. 12, 2014, an independent audit issued a “going concern qualification” for Skyline, which was included in a report to the Securities Exchange Commission. The company’s stock has been volatile the last several days, closing down in today’s trading -2.53 percent, at $2.70. ##
