The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped sharply 1.74 percent, more than the other two indices, -290.16 points, to end the week at 16,384.58.
The NASDAQ also fell, -1,36 percent, -66.72 points to finish at 4,827.23.
The S&P 500 moved down -1.62 percent, -32.17 points, to close at 1,958.03.
