The Dow dropped .20 percent on fears of the slowing U.S. economy and European debt issues to end the day at 12,356.21, while housing stocks closed mixed. Nobility Homes was up 4.99 percent, Cavco gained 3.53 percent, MSCI was up .17 percent, and Sun Communities moved up .05 percent. Palm Harbor Homes dropped 30 percent, Skyline Corporation lost .42 percent and ELS dropped .22 percent. Deer Valley remained flat. The Manufactured Housing Composite fell 2.25 percent to close at 1062.20.
