Stocks moved ahead fourteen points December 23rd, essentially remaining flat.  Meanwhile the Manufactured Housing Composite Value was off half of one percent the day before. The index was not updated for December 24. Most active stocks Christmas Eve included Deer Valley Corp, up nearly 35 percent to close at 74 cents a share. Nobility Homes was up more than a percent to close at $8.10 a share. Cavco closed down 1.3 percent.
