After a day in the red, the Dow managed to close up six points Wednesday, marking the eighth straight day of gains. The fate wasn’t the same for the Manufactured Housing Composite Value, which lost more than three percent. The largest losses were recorded by Cavco, which closed down more than four percent. Skyline Corporation and Nobility Homes were each off more than one percent. Universal Forest Products closed up nearly two percent. UMH Properties closed at 57.54 Wednesday, unchanged from Tuesday’s closing price.
