Sun Communities (SUI) bucked a down trend among MH tracked stocks today. CNN Money reports that some in Big Oil are feeling the heat caused by the downward pressure by OPEC on crude prices. Some are saying prices at the pump could be under $2 a gallon in many part of the nation by spring. A station in Oklahoma City OK has already tested prices at $1.999. With a number of states seeing added MH, workforce and modular home sales due to shale, this is a trend to watch.
