The Nasdaq nudged up +6.00 points, +0.14 percent, to finish at 4,357.97, while the S&P moved barely perceptibly down -0.1 points, -0.01 percent, to 1,873.81. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite gained +0.83 percent to close at 814.52. Most housing stocks we track in today’s trading closed modestly mixed or even, although Third Avenue Value Fund (March 4) moved up one percent, +0.56 points, to end the day at 56.73, while Sun Communities, Inc. fell the most of stocks we follow, -4.90 percent, -2.30 points, to settle at 44.50.
