Garfield Township, Michigan planning commissioners will hold a public hearing April 13 regarding Sun Communities, Inc.’s (NYSE:SUI) request to rezone two parcels of land from agricultural to manufactured home community.

The 37-acre expansion south of King’s Court will provide home sites for 158 additional homes, according to what Bob Schmude of Atwell LLC, representing Sun, told MHProNews, plus more park and recreational facilities. He said the lots will be 6,000 to 7,000 square feet, large enough to accommodate the biggest multi-sectional MH on the market, according to traverseticker. ##
