After selling 47,319 shares of stock, the company owns 537,417 shares, now owning 0.99 percent of the real estate investment trust (REIT) valued at $37,259,000.
Other transactions relating to ownership of shares of Sun include GW&K Investment Management, which acquired a $42,401,000 stake in the company during the fourth quarter.
RMR Advisors LLC bought an additional 5,000 shares during Q4 2015 and now owns 72,856 shares valued at $4,993,000.
Boston Advisors increased its stake in Sun Communities by 0.8 percent after buying 1,893 shares in the last quarter. Boston Advisors now owns 244,209 shares of Sun stock valued at $16,736,000.
In today’s trading on the NYSE March 4, Sun’s stock closed down -1.43 percent at $67.52.
